Description

Comice pears were first cultivated in the mid-1800s near Angers, France.  They are small in size but not short on flavor.  They are one of the sweetest and juiciest of all pear varieties and this white balsamic vinegar will not disappoint.

Pairs well with Lemon olive oil, Roasted Walnut oil, Rosemary olive oil, and any UP extra virgin single varietal.
