Made with White Trebbiano Grape Must, our White Balsamic undergoes the cooking and barrel aging process of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena however it is not carmelized.
Use our sweet, floral Key Lime White Balsamic in shrubs, marinades, mixed cocktails, pickles, over berries or cut up fruit. Makes a wonderful glaze or addition to marinades and dressings. Excellent when mixed with sparkling water for a refreshing, crisp beverage. Use to glaze poultry, seafood, vegetables, pork, and much more.
Pairs well with Persian Lime, Blood Orange, Garlic, Milanese Gremolata, Baklouti fused and infused olive oils; with our Toasted Almond and Sesame oil, and with any of our single varietal extra virgin olive oils.
