Description

This is a sharp white balsamic vinegar and is infused with the exquisite flavor of oregano to produce a classic Mediterranean flavor. Our naturally flavored balsamic condimento is aged in wooden barrels using the traditional Solera Method and is PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) certified to come from Modena, Italy.

It’s a perfect complement to a wide variety of oils, and will create superb vinaigrettes. This balsamic can also stand alone on any salad. Use as a marinade for chicken or fish.
