Made with White Trebbiano Grape Must, our White Balsamic undergoes the cooking and barrel aging process of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena however it is not carmelized.
Our tropical passion fruit infused white balsamic vinegar can be used in shrubs, mixed cocktails, over berries or cut up fruit. Add this balsamic to your smoothie or in your seltzer water. It makes a wonderful glaze or addition to marinades and dressings. It is especially delicious in ceviche or seafood cocktails.
Pairs well with our Persian Lime, Eureka Lemon, Blood Orange, Baklouti fused and infused olive oils; with our Toasted Almond and Sesame oil, and with any of our single varietal extra virgin olive oils.
