Here are dozens of gorgeous, Southern Hemisphere, UP (Ultra Premium) estate oils flown in a couple days after being crushed. They were tasted by a  highly trained taste panel, and are now headed off to the lab in Australia for chemical analysis.  Stay tuned for more info to follow!
